Craft is our legacy
Terms & Conditions
By utilizing our custom tailoring services or purchasing bespoke clothing from our store, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship and a clear understanding of our professional process.
In-Store Service & Consultations
Zen Attire operates as a physical atelier. Our website serves as a digital showroom for our craft and the premium fabric brands we carry (including Raymond, Arvind, SöktaÅŸ, Absoluto, and D&J). We do not offer online ordering, automated appointments, or account registrations. Customers may contact the owner directly via phone or WhatsApp for questions regarding services and fabric availability.
Orders & Deposits
All orders must be placed in person at our store. A deposit is required at the time the order is placed to secure the fabric and initiate the tailoring process. Because fabrics are cut specifically to your measurements immediately following an order, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once the deposit is paid and the process has begun.
Fitting & Adjustments
We are dedicated to providing the perfect fit, backed by over 38 years of expertise. Customers are required to pick up their garments in person. We recommend a final trial at the time of collection. We offer fit adjustments at the time of pickup to ensure the garment meets our standards and your preferences.
Fabric Care & Responsibility
We source only genuine, high-quality textiles. Our team will explicitly warn customers if a chosen fabric is unique, delicate, or requires specialized care (such as "Dry Clean Only"). Zen Attire is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or maintenance contrary to our guidance. Claims regarding genuine fabric faults will be inspected on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure perfection, Zen Attire’s liability is limited to the cost of the tailoring service provided. We are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our garments.
